Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up! You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. This window allows me the opportunity to fill the open slot. If you need to reschedule under 24 hours there is a $20 rescheduling fee. Fee must be paid over booking site before scheduling your next appointment. I am in no way happy to charge any fees, to avoid these, please reach out, and I will gladly get you rescheduled.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the missed service cost. This is to protect my time and living. To avoid this fee, kindly reach out to reschedule your appointment.
Lastly, please arrive on time with clean lashes.
